Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SANC AG handles personal data when you visit sanc.ch. We keep data collection to the minimum required to operate the site and respond to enquiries, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

This is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not build visitor profiles. The only personal data processed is described below.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and CloudFront, EU region). The hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical access data, such as your IP address, the requested URL, timestamp, referrer, and browser user agent. These logs are used solely to operate and secure the service, and are retained only as long as needed for that purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.

Third-party resources

To render its scroll animations, the site loads a JavaScript library (GSAP) from the third-party CDN jsDelivr. When your browser requests this file, your IP address is transmitted to that provider. No other third-party resources are loaded, and no data is shared for marketing purposes.

Contacting us

When you email chris@sanc.ch, we process the contents of your message and your contact details for the sole purpose of responding to and managing your enquiry. We do not use this information for anything else and do not pass it to third parties without your consent.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at chris@sanc.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).

We may update this policy as the site or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
