AI automation
The work nobody should be doing by hand
We use AI to automate exactly the workflows that cost your business hours every day, quotes, invoices, documents, data transfer. Where it pays off, and only there.
We built LumaBill: bookkeeping that reads and posts receipts itself. What we automate for you, we have already proven on our own customers.
What you get
Four places where automation almost always pays off in an SME.
-
Documents that capture themselves
Supplier invoices, receipts, forms, contracts: AI now reads reliably what is on them and puts it where it belongs. That replaces exactly the work nobody enjoys and where most of the mistakes happen.
-
Systems that talk to each other
Most businesses move data by hand from one program to the next, from the web shop into the books, from the inbox into a quote. We connect what should be connected, so the retyping stops.
-
Answers your customers get immediately
Recurring enquiries (availability, status, standard information) can be answered automatically without sounding like a robot. Your people then handle the cases where they actually matter.
-
Automation you can control
Everything we build is auditable: you see what it did and you can intervene. Where money or commitments are involved, a person stays in the loop. That is not a concession, it is the precondition for trusting it.
How it runs
We start where the most time is lost and finish that workflow before touching the next one.
-
Assessment
We look at where time actually disappears in your business and work out what automating it would save. If something does not pay off, we say so and leave it alone.
-
Implementation
We start with the workflow that costs most and finish it, rather than starting in five places at once. You see something running within weeks, not a concept.
-
Operation
Automation needs supervision: formats change and so do interfaces. We monitor what we built and get in touch when something stops adding up, ideally before you notice.
-
Technical, for anyone who wants the detail
LLM-powered workflows on Amazon Bedrock, retrieval pipelines (RAG) over your own documents, agent workflows with tool access to existing systems, evaluation harnesses that measure answer quality before anything goes live, plus logging and monitoring of every run. Data residency in the EU region where required.
Frequently asked
What businesses ask us most often about AI automation.
Is it worth it for a business with five people?
Often yes, but not always. The arithmetic is simple: if a workflow costs several hours every week and can be described cleanly, automating it usually pays for itself within months. If it happens rarely or runs differently every time, it does not. We work that out with you beforehand rather than selling you something.
Where does my data go?
That is your decision and we set it up accordingly. We can arrange processing so your data does not leave the EU region and is not used to train third-party models. What sits where and who can access it is documented in writing, which you need anyway under the revised Swiss data protection act.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It will. That is why we do not build automation that creates commitments unsupervised. For anything that matters the system proposes and a person confirms and every run is logged so you can reconstruct what happened. Before going live we measure the error rate against real cases rather than estimating it.
Do I have to replace my existing software?
No, and usually that would not make sense. Automation builds on what you already have, accounting, inventory, inbox, web shop. We connect those systems rather than replacing them.
How do we start?
With a conversation about where your time disappears. That becomes a short list of what could be automated and roughly what each would be worth. You then decide whether and where we start.
Often goes with this
Most projects touch more than one of these.

SEO, GEO & AEO
Your customers search on Google, and increasingly they ask ChatGPT. We make sure your firm shows up in both answers: technically clean, with content that matches the questions people actually ask you.

App & software development
When no off-the-shelf tool fits, we build the one that does: customer portal, booking system, internal tool. Operation, maintenance and hosting included, from the person who built it.
