Over 150 tournaments in three months

Padelta is Switzerland's largest padel operator. We built the software its tournaments run on and we operate it.

The starting point

Running tournaments is manual work: collecting registrations, splitting groups, computing schedules, entering results, updating rankings. For one event a spreadsheet does it. For more than fifty events a month it does not.

This is precisely where off-the-shelf software stops fitting: padel tournaments have their own formats, rules and workflows that no generic tournament tool models cleanly.
What we built

The Padel Organizer covers the whole flow: create the event, take registrations, compute groups and schedules automatically, capture results live, carry rankings forward, and print the court plans that actually go on the wall on match day.

What matters is not the feature list but that the platform works on a Saturday morning with a hundred players waiting. That is why we build and operate it ourselves.
The result

In three months Padelta ran over 150 events with more than 2,400 players through the platform (as of July 2026).

This is the kind of software we build for other businesses too: not one tool for everyone, but the tool for one specific workflow that otherwise runs by hand.
